Inspired by Japanese kissaten culture, this retail interior was designed to slow the pace — to create a space people want to linger in rather than pass through. Dark timber joinery, handcrafted display shelving, and warm pendant lighting work together to transform a conventional shopfront into a destination. The design prioritises atmosphere as much as function, understanding that in retail, how a space feels is inseparable from how it performs.
